Terms of service

Version of 1 May 2026

These terms cover the use of Stashly (stashly.my). By creating an account or uploading anything you accept them. If some part of this does not work for you, please do not use the service.

1. What we provide

Stashly is a file delivery service for files that are too big to email. We aim to keep it available around the clock but do not promise uninterrupted operation: maintenance happens, and so do faults. Planned work and incidents are published on the status page.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Stashly to store or distribute material that is illegal where we operate, and in particular:

We do not inspect stored content on our own initiative, but we do act on substantiated reports. A confirmed violation results in the specific object or link being blocked; repeated violations suspend the account.

4. Your data stays yours

Uploading gives us no rights over your content beyond what is technically necessary to run the service: storing it, replicating it for durability, and transmitting it when you or a link you created ask for it. We do not use customer content to train models, do not sell it, and do not disclose it except where the law requires.

5. Billing

6. Liability

We keep multiple copies and test restores, but no storage service can guarantee data can never be lost. Keep anything irreplaceable in more than one place. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

7. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes are announced by email to the account address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the new version.

8. Contact

Questions, complaints and abuse reports go to hello@stashly.my. We answer on working days, usually within one business day.
